Our Frequently Asked Questions provide helpful information about our Luxury Picnics & Events services. From the types of events we offer, to the different packages we provide, you can find answers to many of your questions here.

What type of events do we book?

​

We book picnic's and events of all occasions that can be outdoors and indoors. This may include birthday's, wedding's, bachelorette and bachelor parties. Also game nights, dinner parties, sip and paint parties, sleepover's, divorce parties, dinner gathering's, etc.

Is there a deposit required?

​

There is a 40% deposit required. If booking is less than 7 days before event, the full amount is required

​

Is food provided?

​

Food is not provided. However, you can choose food from local restaurants, and we will pick up and bring to your picnic or event for a delivery fee. With our elite and custom packages , a fruit tray will be provided. You are welcomed to bring your own food.

​

How long are the picnic's?

​

Picnics are 2 hours long. You can request additional hours for $50

​

Can we leave our picnic or event early?

​

Yes. You will need to contact us at least 30 minutes before leaving. There is no refund for leaving your picnic or event early.

​

Are dogs or cats allowed at picnics?

​

Yes. Please inform us when booking. We will provide a place setting for your animal at no cost.

​

Can I pick the colors for my picnic or event?

​

You cannot pick the colors for a basic picnic package. For elite and custom picnic packages, yes. However, less than 2 weeks' notice you will not be able to select custom colors on any picnic or event package.

What locations are available to have picnics?

​

You are able to have picnics at your local parks, your home and beaches. At the time of booking, we will inform you of any local ordinances that apply to your location. Additional charges apply to have picnics at beaches. 

​

What locations are available to have events?

​

In having events, it will be your choice. You are responsible with any fee's associated with the event location. You must abide by any rules and regulations with the event location. We will follow up with your event location for any instructions.

Can I receive a refund?

​

You can receive a full refund , after booking, if you cancel within 24 hours. 

​

Will I receive a refund due to weather?

​

You will receive a refund due severe weather conditions such as hurricanes, or tornadoes. When booking, keep in mind of a second location due to wind, or rain.
